Safe Failure Protocols

If your store’s safe is inaccessible or inoperable due to battery failure, there are two methods of accessing your safe:
Method 1: Using Safe Key
All store safes are equipped with a physical key that can be used in the event of a battery failure.
Step 1: Slide up the silver panel on the front of the safe (Silver panel with arrow pointing up)
Step 2: Locate the keyhole and insert the key by twisting left, while turning the door knob towards the right.
Step 3: You now have access to the safe!
Step 4: Replace all safe batteries with a new set of 8 AA batteries.
Option 2: Using a Micro-USB cable
In the event your store key is lost/stolen, please let our team know immediately as a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
Step 1: Slide up the silver panel on the front of the safe (Silver panel with arrow pointing up)
Step 2: Locate the Micro-USB port (Next to the keyhole) plug in the micro-USB cable and confirm the safe is receiving power by clicking on the keypad and confirming the light is lighting up yellow.
Step 3: Enter your safe code and unlock the safe as you normally would.
Step 4: You now have access to the safe!
Step 4: Replace all safe batteries with a new set of 8 AA batteries.
In the unlikely event of your store key being missing and no micro-USB cable is located within your store, please let our team know immediately, as a replacement key will need to be ordered/shipped to your store as soon as possible to prevent disruption in bank deposits, runs, etc.
