2024 [IT] Additional Support / On-Call Hours
Good Afternoon Team and Happy Halloween,
As we are rapidly approaching the holiday season, the Squishable IT Department will be providing additional support hours and days to both our retail and corporate teams.
Beginning Friday November 1st, 2024 through Wednesday January 1st, 2025 our departments extended operating hours are as follows:

Monday - Saturday: 9:00a ET - 9:00p ET

Sunday: 11:00a ET - 9:00p ET
We will extend special operating hours for Black Friday and the proceeding Saturday as follow:
- Fri 11/29/24 (Black Friday): 7:00a ET - 12:00a ET
- Sat 11/30/24: 9:00a ET - 10:00a ET
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Important Reminders:During these auxiliary support shifts, we ask that extra patience and understanding be extended to our fellow IT team members as there may be a slight delay in their initial response to your ticket.
How to Get Support During On-Call:To ensure issues are addressed quickly, all incidents, both urgent and non-urgent, must be submitted through the
Squishable Helpdesk Ticket System.
