Labor Day On-Call Notice
Good Afternoon Team,
In an effort to provide better support to our stores for the 2024 Labor Day weekend the Squishable IT Department will be operating on an extended schedule on Friday 08/30/2024 through Monday 09/2/2024.
To assist in any potential IT related problems during these high volume days, the Squishable IT Department will have one member of its team operating on an On-Call basis during the hours listed below. (All Times below are listed in Eastern Standard Time [EST]).
During these auxiliary support shifts, we ask that extra patience and understanding be extended to our fellow IT team members as there may be a slight delay in their initial response to your ticket.
How to Get Support During On-Call:
To ensure issues are addressed quickly, all incidents, both urgent and non-urgent, must be submitted through the Squishable Helpdesk Ticket System.
Should you be unable to access the Squishable Helpdesk you may alternatively submit a request via email at: helpdesk@squishable.com.
Regardless of how you submit a ticket during scheduled “On-Call” support, please include your Store/Location, Name and Cell Phone Number to ensure we can provide assistance quickly.
As a reminder, when submitting issues via the Squishable Helpdesk Ticket System please reference the examples below to best identify the level of urgency of your request.
LOW Urgency issues include anything else that doesn't prevent a sale transaction.
Medium issues, while they can wait, may become urgent if not addressed eventually
HIGH Urgency is defined as any issue that prohibits your location from operating.
