Camera System (CCTV) and Camera Access
All Squishable.com retail stores, pop-ups, markets, and offices are equipped with a Closed Circut Television (CCTV) system that provide 24/7 video survalliance for saftey and security. Audio recording is prohibited.
All cameras are automatically backed up and archived to an off-site and secured storage location.
No employee under any circumstances is authorized to block, alter, or disable the view of a camera. This includes but is not limited to: Stacking boxes too high, placing product too close to a camera, placing product in front of a camera, rotating or moving the camera for a "better angle", etc. Cameras are audited regularly for compliance, safety, and security. Employees, Stores, or Office found in violation will recieve a written notice to their email, along with their respective managers and HR requesting the immediate resolution of the issue. Employees, Stores, or Offices found in violation are subject to Squishable.com's Interference with Company Technology Policy.
All Cameras are strategically placed for the greatest coverage area and for the safetey of our employees and customers alike. Emplyees with concerns relating to cameras should reachout to the Information Technology (IT) Department and Human Resources (HR) Departments via the FreshService helpdesk.
In-Line Retail Locations
All Squishable retail locations are equipped with 4-8 ReoLink CCTV cameras that provide 24/7 video survallence. Audio recording is strictly prohibitied. Direct access is provided to the store management team through the local on-site access. Regional/District Managers and select corporate employees have remote access. Downloading and distributing footage of anykind is strictly prohibited. Individuals who require a copy of footage must fill out a Footage Request form. In accordiance with Squishables Footage Request policy, no footage is authorized for distribution with out the appropraite documentation and forms being provided.
Holiday Markets / Pop-Ups
All Squishable Holiday Markets are equipped with 2-3 ReoLink GO cameras that provide 24/7 video survallence. Audio recording is strictly prohibitied. Stores and Market staff utilizing these cameras do not have direct access to footage. Individuals who require access must fill out a Footage Request form. In accordiance with Squishables Footage Request policy, no footage is authorized for distribution with out the appropraite documentation and forms being provided.
Footage Requests/Distribution
All requests for copies of footage are required to be requested via the Footage Request Form. The Squishable IT Department is not required to issue, confirm, or deny footage of any kind and will do so at their disgresion.
