Online Ordering
The following process is for online ordering in stores.
Step 1:
Place an order as you normally would. When ready to check out select Check Out as a guest! under New Squishers!
Step 2:
Enter the customer’s ship to and bill to addresses as normal and click Next Step
Step 3:
The next screen will allow you to enter a coupon code which will trigger the free shipping.
Step 4:
To generate the code open a new window and go to https://squishadmin.com/ square/utilities.php
Step 5:
Once you navigate to https://squishadmin.com/square/utilities.php in the separate window the below screen will automatically appear:
Step 6:
Click on Free Shipping
Step 7:
From the Select Store drop down select your store.
Note: You must select your specific store in order to get credit for the sale.
Step 8:
Once selected a unique code will be generated. Click Copy Code
Step 9:
You can now go back to the Check Out Screen for the order and paste the coupon code in the Coupon Code field. Click Redeem.
Step 10:
You will then see a note that Free Shipping will be reflected on the next screen
Step 11:
You will see the free shipping code and discount in the basket summary
Step 12:
Click Next Step end enter the customer’s credit card information and select Complete my order!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Do not attempt to use the same code every time as it will change. You must generate the coupon code from the URL every time you place an order.
The URL for the free shipping codes (https://squishadmin.com/square/utilities.php) can be found under the Utilities bookmark on the store chromebook. You may navigate directly to the URL and save it as a shortcut on the store ipad
