Squishable Help Desk
OVERVIEW
Squishable Help Desk is a tracking tool for items that need direct support. It is used primarily to report IT issues, but is also used for other tracking purposes. Support tickets are created and logged to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
PROCESS
- Squishable utilizes the Squishable Help Desk to create work-order tickets from user requests.
- Navigate to the Squishable Help desk
- Click on Login

- Enter user login information

- Users will be able to visit the self-service solution center, submit a ticket, create a service request, and view the user's current tickets and requests.

- If email cannot be used (especially due to an internet outage), Team Members can call the IT department at 516-206-3700.
- If a user calls outside of the working hours of Mon-Fri 9a-6p, leave a message with the name, store location, and reason for calling with as much detail as possible.
- Include any steps taken to solve the situation
