Inventory Requests

OVERVIEW

To ensure stores are consistently in stock with inventory needs, our stores have the ability to request inventory that is currently available at our warehouses.

PROCESS

Navigate to the Manager Portal and select Inventory Request Form

There are also drop down filters at the top of the page if you would like to filter inventory by in stock, or retiring, or search by the name of the item.

You can only order inventory that has stock available in the warehouse. You can see the available warehouse stock on the Stock column

Be sure to check the On Order column to verify you already don’t have the item coming to the store.

The Quantity to Order column is where you will place the amount of items to order. The quantity you enter are pieces. For example, if you enter the number 3, you will receive 3 of those items- not cases.

Be sure to view the Notes column as some items you must order a full case. The Case column will show the amount that is in each item's box case.

When you are all done, hit the Create Inventory Request button.

A pop-up will prompt, verify the request you made and then hit Confirm.
