Manual Cash Transactions - Importing to Square
Required Sites: "[Store Name] - Manual Transactions" and SquarePOS Application
This method should only be used when your SquarePOS, Square Terminal, and other pre-determined backup services go offline and become non-operational.
This method prohibits the use of credit/debit cards, or any non-cash forms of payment. Checks are not an accepted form of payment by Squishable.com.
NOTICE: All imports to square must be completed within the same business day, if possible, by an associate.

Step 1:
Locate your stores Manual Transactions sheet located in Google Sheets. (All store accounts have access to this document).

Step 2:
Find the first transaction you are importing

Step 3:
Begin by searching the products manually in square and adding them to your cart.

Step 4:
Ring the transaction up as if it was a cash sale.

Step 5:
Select the amount given to reflect the "Money Given" portion of the google sheet.

Step 6:
When prompted to a receipt, you must email or text the receipt to the customer for their records.
Step 7:
Input your initials into the "Imported to Square" section to signify the transaction has been uploaded.
