Submit a New Hire [Tech Request] Required Sites: New Hire [Tech Request] Form Notes: This method is for submitting "New Hire [Tech Requests] and should be done 3 business days prior to the new hires anticipated start date. This form does not work on mobile devices. Step 1:Navigate to the "Create a Service Request" and select it. Step 2:Navigate to "IT Department" and select it. Step 3:Click "New Hire [Tech Request]" Step 4:Fill out the employee's basic information, anticipated start date, and direct manager. Step 5:Select the primary work location (NY/DC Office(s), Remote or Retail). Step 6:Select if the employee requires a computer/tech system or just a squishable email. Step 6a:If you select "No - Email Only" proceed to step 10. Step 6b:If you select "Yes" proceed to step 7. Step 7:Fill out the appropriate system, permission, and program data as requested and required by the new employee. Step 8:List any additional accessories the employee may require for their first day. Step 9:Supply the employee's address (List NY Office or DC Office if the employee will not be remote) Step 10:Click "Place Request"
