Paid Time Off
All full-time employees will accrue up to 144 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year, accrued at a rate of 5.54 hours per pay period. PTO begins to accrue immediately on a pay-period basis and may be used after completing an employees Introductory Period. Unused PTO will be carried over each year up to the maximum accrual bank of 56 hours. Unused PTO will not be paid out upon employment separation unless state law requires it.
PTO is accrued every two weeks, 5.54 hours every pay period.
